Kilauea Lighthouse

Located on the northernmost point of the main Hawaiian Islands, the 52' Kilauea Lighthouse was built in 1913, and had one of the largest lens of it's kind as it guided ships to & from the Orient. One of Kauai's most popular attractions, Kilauea Lighthouse receives more than 500,000 visitors per year. Kilauea Lighthouse was removed from service in 1976.

To reach Kilauea Lighthouse, travel north along Highway 56 from Anahola to Kiauea Road (just past Mile Marker # 23) and turn right. Continue along Kiauea Road to it's end.
